Multiple award-winning executive educator and author whose teaching and research interests span the globe, Dr. Mansour Javidan is the leading authority on Global Mindset. He is also Past President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the world-renowned research project on executive performance and leadership, titled GLOBE (Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness). He is a widely sought after expert on global leadership who has presented in more than 25 countries and has published in journals as Harvard Business Review, Journal of International Business Studies, Strategic Management Journal, Academy of Management Perspectives, Leadership Quarterly, Management International Review, Organizational Dynamics, Journal of Applied Behavioral Sciences, Human Relations, Journal of World Business, and Journal of Organizational Change Management.
